The MOHHS Intranet is a private, secure network using Internet technologies to share information and resources within our organization. It serves as the central hub for health informatics systems and collaboration.
Available to all authorized MOHHS staff, the Intranet provides access to critical systems, documents, and communication tools needed for daily operations across all health facilities.

Submit your request through our IT Helpdesk Request Form. Please include detailed information about the issue, any error messages, and the system affected. For urgent issues, please call our support line after submitting the ticket.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of the specific system. If that doesn't work, contact the Health Informatics Team with your full name, position, and facility to verify your identity and reset your credentials.
First check that the printer is powered on and has paper. Verify the correct printer is selected in your print dialog. If issues persist, note the printer model and any error messages before submitting a help ticket with these details.
